On one condition, that the Elite Skills Trainer NPCs are found in a remote area after you kill 10 bosses.

You don't have to go in Hard mode to capture elite skills, you know.

And if you had a wipe from any boss in Normal Mode, you have to check your build badly...

...or wait for the PvE/PvP skill update and try again.

actually if you make such npc on supply and deman the prices will be much more over tomes cause people who buy tomes are rich. And I would be rather go pay more to trader instead wait so long for a tome seller
